Cooking Instructions
• Mix 1kg of chicken, meat, or seafood with 200g of Cap Bunga Rose Rendang Paste and cook over medium heat
• Add 400g of water (equivalent to 2 bottles of Cap Bunga Rose Rendang Paste)
• Once the chicken, meat, or seafood is tender, add 200ml of fresh coconut milk, 2 stalks of lemongrass, and 2 turmeric leaves
• Cook until the coconut milk releases its oil and the rendang is ready to serve
