Ingredients Included

• 200g Rice
• Nasi Maharani Paste
• Maharani Gravy Paste
• Raisins
• Food colouring

Additional Ingredients Required

• 700ml water
• 20g large green chili (sliced)
• 20g large red chili (sliced)
• 50g tomato (cubed)
• 20g coriander leaves with roots (chopped)
• 300g beef/chicken

Rice Preparation Method

1. Soak the rice for 30–40 minutes.
2. Add the soaked rice into a rice cooker together with 1 pack of Nasi Maharani Paste, water, green chili, red chili, and tomato.
3. Mix well and turn on the rice cooker.
4. When the rice is almost dry, sprinkle in coriander leaves and raisins.
5. Mix evenly, then add a few drops of food colouring.
6. Close the rice cooker and let it continue cooking until done.
7. Ready to serve.

Gravy Preparation Method

1. Boil the beef/chicken until tender.
2. Add 1 pack of Maharani Gravy Paste and water to the meat.
3. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and stir occasionally.
4. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
5. Cover the pot and turn off the heat.
6. Ready to serve.
