Ayam Bakar Berempah

[Spiced Grilled Chicken]
INGREDIENT A
- 1 whole chicken (cut into 4 quarters)
- 35gm Rempah Gulai Cap Bunga Rose
- 25gm Rempah Masak Cap Bunga Rose
- 90gm chili paste
- 30gm palm sugar
- 3-5 stalks of curry leaves (sliced)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt to taste
INGREDIENT B
(blend finely)
- 150gm shallots
- 30gm garlic
- 20gm ginger
- 10gm galangal
- 5gm fresh turmeric
- 3 stalks of lemongrass
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean the chicken and drain until dry.
- Add chicken and all the other ingredients into a big bowl.
- Mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Grill the chicken in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, or until well cooked.
- Ready to serve.
