Kuih Menganang Kacang

INGREDIENTS
- 8 pcs eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups Serbuk Kacang Hijau Cap Bunga Rose
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- A suitable mould, preferably menganang/kuih bakar mould
INSTRUCTIONS
- Beat the eggs with sugar until well mixed.
- Add coconut milk and stir slowly.
- Add Serbuk Kacang Hijau Cap Bunga Rose little by little while stirring.
- Add water and mix well.
- Strain the mixture using cheese cloth or fine strainer.
- Pour the mixture into the mould until it is 3/4 full.
- Bake using low fire until it is firm.
- Ready to serve.
